About the Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior executive(s) in a professional services environment.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for travel arrangements, expense management and extensive calendar management, including the ability to anticipate and address potential calendar conflicts. Contact with clients and stakeholders dictate that the selected candidate must be fluently bilingual; with the ability to write in both official languages. Professional presentation and demeanor are valued by this organization.

 

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Fluency in French (oral and written)
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who are graduates from a recognized Office Administration program
  • A minimum of three to five years experience supporting an executive 
  • Proficiency in MS Office is imperative 

 

About the Job

This role would offer between $22.00 and $30.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
