Administrative Assistant/Inside Sales Representative - Permanent - 12016
About the Opportunity
Our logistics client in Dorval is looking for a new administrative assistant / inside sales representative to join their team. The ideal candidate is a team player, has vast experience in administration and customer service, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into a full sales role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining up to date sales activities in CRM – CargoWise
- Scheduling client appointments for outside sales representatives
- Preparing sales quotations
- Co-ordinating with the operations team that client’s needs are met on schedule
- Nurturing client relationships
The successful candidate will have the following:
- CargoWise experience, as asset
- Global geography knowledge
- Experience with logistic processes, an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingualism a plus, very proficient English skills a must
- Great customer service
- Organized with a strong capacity to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft office and photoshop
About the Job
The salary range for the position would offer between $35,000 to $45,000, depending on experience. Excellent benefits, 3 weeks vacation after 1 year and many company events and activities.
