The Tools and Equipment Rental Coordinator will assist with the tools and equipment by being the manager in organizing, tracking and distributing tools and equipment to the construction sites. This individual also will assist with general yard cleanup and other assigned duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Tacking inventory, coordinating external equipment rentals, filling customers’ orders and keeping accurate, legible, updated paperwork
- Being responsible for the proper completion of all vehicle inspection reports
- Communicate with the manager about problem tools or trends
- Coordinate equipment repairs with vendors
- Send out tools for major repairs as necessary
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience in tool/shop work
- Broad technical understanding of tools and materials
- Knowledge of maintenance schedules and rental contracts
- Experienced in a wide range of digital tools, including intranets, websites, media monitoring and social media management
