About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Technical Support Agent for our Ottawa based client. This is a 3 month part-time (Weekend evenings) contract that requires onsite presence. Our client is a leader in the healthcare sector. They offer an excellent work environment and work/life balance.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Logging and processing support calls coming into the Hospital Parking Command Centre
- Talking to clients and users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter with equipment
- Responding to breakdowns, investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Attend daily team huddles and provide input to process engineer or Manager
- Liaison with internal IS team and parking software vendors
- Draft daily shift report at level grade 10 for Manager and operations team
- Education: 1st year college in IS management or equivalent helpdesk support
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Education: 1st year college in IS management or equivalent helpdesk support
- Experience in a client facing support role
- Team player
- Above average presentation and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a must
