About You
- ICI construction background and completed education in a construction-related discipline
- Large project experience in excess of $100M, including but not limited to: hospitals, labs clinics, detention centres, police stations, rec centres, cinema studios, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management and execution, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach toward building and stewarding trust among team members, professional colleagues, and subcontractors to effect outstanding project delivery through competitive excellence and pride in teamwork
- Competence in workforce management, safety, cost control, quality, and administration
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project; experience with Viewpoint Project Management system will be considered an asset
