A growing software company, headquartered in the U.S. with a growing contingent of remote Canadian talent, is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join their growing R&D group. With over 25 years of history, this well-known telecommunications software brand has hundreds of customers globally and continues to gobble up market share. This individual will collaborate closely with Back-End Developers, UX Designers, Product Owners, and customers in order to design and implement front-end solutions written in React.
Although this company offers a competitive compensation package, they are rather known for their innovative software solutions and business growth. This software company is 100% remote-friendly and only candidates in the Canadian eastern time zone (ET) will be considered.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
- 7+ years of single page web application development experience (Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, etc.) with particular expertise in React
- Experience in areas such as Jenkins build automation, Tomcat deployment, and Docker containerization is a strong asset
- AWS cloud experience and experience within a telecom product/environment is an asset
- Good interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work both in team and autonomous (remote) environments
