The culture is highly innovative and entrepreneurial, with a healthy pipeline of green-lit mid and high-rise development projects. This firm is focused on providing the best possible experience to its development partners and clients through perfecting the pre-construction process and building a proactive project environment.
With new projects in pre-construction, our client is hiring a Project Manager to support the upcoming projects. This team is young, innovative, and looking for an ambitious individual who brings fresh ideas and improvements to the table and is interested in getting in on the ground floor of a growing CM firm.

The successful candidate will have the following:

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Passion and excitement for development and construction and the drive to succeed in a competitive market
- 1-2 full cycle condo projects completed as an assistant project manager or project manager
- Demonstrated experience building mixed-use high-rise/mid-rise buildings within the GTA is ideal
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications and communicate findings to the team
- Ability to create and manage construction schedules
- Ability to create and manage construction budgets
- Knowledge of building codes and site safety essentials is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Project and Excel
