About the Opportunity
On behalf of a valued client, LRO Staffing is actively seeking a savvy Production Planner passionate about supporting manufacturing operations. The client develops and manufactures critical equipment for military applications.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established organization, as they continue to scale headcount, in consequence to won programs.
The selected candidate will report to the Manager, Operations and work in tandem with 3 other planners, each supporting large program deliverables valued in the millions.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers – order receipt to production to shipment – full lifecycle
- Perform advanced MRP activities to meet requirements and ensure product delivery
- Raise, release and maintain work orders
- Plan and monitor work orders on manufacturing floor
- Manufacturing build plans
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience as a production planner in a manufacturing environment
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP) knowledge
- APICS Certification is highly desirable
- Ability to obtain secret clearance
