Duties include but are not limited to:
- Drafting and prosecution of patents in the Biotechnology/Chemistry field
- Working with both Domestic and International clients
- Partake in business development initiatives
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in the field of Chemistry or Biotechnology
- Be a registered Canadian Patent Agent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Patent Agent
- Previous experience in a law firm, IP boutique or in-house setting
- Excellent drafting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
