About the Opportunity
Our client is a renowned law firm with several offices in Ontario and Quebec and continues to grow! A full-service law firm, its practice areas are wide ranging and include a Business Law group providing clients with expertise in the areas of M&A, Banking, Finance, Corporate Commercial, Insolvency and Restructuring, and Commercial Real Estate. The firm also provides services in the areas of Litigation, Environmental Law, and Estate Planning. Acting as both legal and business advisors, the firm provides its clients curated solutions to propel ongoing growth and success. Their National and International client base has benefitted from their experienced team, many of whom have migrated from larger National firm environments. The firm is looking to further build upon its Ontario growth by adding seasoned practitioners possessing a client base in their areas of practice and which will benefit from the firm’s existing platform and supportive associates.
