With impressive and sustained growth in the GTA market over a number of recent years, they are flush with work and looking to identify a Manager of People and Culture to join their team. This role would take over a Maternity Leave for 12-15 months.

- Human resources challenges
- Staffing
- Strategy
- Employee engagement
- Training
- Development with talent
- Compensation reviews
- Coaching leaders
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5- 10 years of Human resource, recruitment or People and Culture experience
- Leadership for the past 2 years would be an asset in managing a small team
- Passionate about driving positive change, fostering employee growth, and contributing to a culture of excellence
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proven experience leading and managing HR projects and initiatives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices
