About the Opportunity

Experience in the following is required is required:
- 2 to 5 years insurance defense litigation
- Accident Benefits experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 2 to 5 of years litigation experience, preferably in the area of insurance defense and accident benefits, or personal injury. More junior candidates will also be considered
- Be a member of the Ontario Bar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Bilingualism is an asset
