- Contribute to recruitment efforts by managing job descriptions, postings; screening resumes and sourcing candidates
- Participate in orientation and onboarding of all new staff
- Maintain corporate Human Resources Policy and Procedure documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from current employees
- Maintain employee records including performance management, professional development and memberships
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience or equivalent
- Strong technical skills with experience using an HRIS would be considered an asset
