Duties include but are not limited to:
- Design and implement strategic HR programs across compensation, DEI, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Partner with leadership to create initiatives that align with organizational goals and values
- Analyze engagement data to assess program impact and continuously refine strategies
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to address skill gaps and support growth
- Present program updates and success metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Support career pathing frameworks that foster development and retention
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 8+ years of HR experience, with expertise in managing end-to-end HR programs
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Analytical and data-driven, able to make informed decisions and measure impact
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to various stakeholders
- Innovative, adaptable, and passionate about employee engagement and growth
