About the Opportunity

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management: Handle scheduling, resolve conflicts, organize meetings, and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, follow up on action items, and prepare agenda summaries and presentation materials
- Executive Coordination: Review incoming communication, manage approvals, and prepare necessary documentation
- Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel and accommodation as needed, plan off-site and strategic meetings, and manage catering and other logistical details
- Board Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, managing correspondence and follow-ups
- General Office Support: Provide administrative backup as needed, support inter-departmental communication, and manage occasional personal administrative tasks
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Office administration diploma preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is an asset
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and tact
