About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Successful Track Record
- Continue to support the Commercial Management of various projects including large, complex ventures in healthcare, life sciences, transit, social infrastructure, long-term care, industrial & manufacturing facilities
- Relationship based approach
- Teach colleagues effective techniques to raise and mitigate commercial issues before they become a greater challenge. Utilize your local network to partner for success
- Strong Contractual Knowledge
- Utilize your knowledge of various CCDC Contract models to ensure the team understands the contractual framework and can make a strong case to retain project entitlements
- Passion for Leadership
- Inspire and motivate others, driving growth through passion and innovation
- Growth Mindset
- Be part of a growing GC and contribute to the delivery of marquee projects that will keep you challenged and rewarded
- Managing risk and the following contract models;
- CCDC, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, etc.
