Are you a dedicated leader with a passion for enhancing community health? Our non-profit client is seeking a Clinical Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the Director, Primary Care, and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Primary Care Team, which includes nurses, outreach team members, and support staff.
As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will provide leadership and direction in strategic planning and the implementation of new programs and quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage the development and evaluation of clinical protocols and policies, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

This role is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between $85,000 to $100,000 on an annual basis, along with an excellent benefits package.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and coaching staff
- Coordinating training initiatives
- Fostering a positive, client-centered work environment
- Involved in managing program budgets, ensuring proper resource allocation
- Maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations
- Integrating the work of interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Manage clinic operations, ensuring smooth clinic flow and high-quality patient care
- Support strategic planning and implement program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor staff, promoting a client-centered approach and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in infection control
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or another regulated Allied Health profession
- Experience: A minimum of five years of management experience, including clinical management in a community-based setting
- Skills: Strong knowledge of primary health care, demonstrated leadership, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records applications
- Experience in a family practice, community, or primary health care setting is considered an asset
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, is a preferred qualification
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
