About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- You have 8+ years’ hands on leadership experience in a construction company, with a proven track record of successful project delivery on civil infrastructure construction projects ranging from $50 - $100+ million
- You have deep expertise and a proven track record with respect to the continuous improvement of project delivery services and value-added constructability processes and practice
- Handling pressure and challenges in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment is something that you excel in
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence, mentor and coach are evident in your day-to-day interactions with your team
