If so, we have a role for you! client in Ottawa is looking for a receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls and carrying out administrative tasks. This role will be approximately 6 months to start and has the strong possibility of extension or permanency.

- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Greeting all guests and managing couriers
- Preparing board rooms for meetings
- Formatting documents
- Tracking information and managing spreadsheets
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Reception/Administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
