We are currently recruiting for an Agile Release Train (ART) Engineer for our well-reputed west-end client. HQ'd in Kanata, this software company has several offices worldwide to serve their global client base. The ART Engineer will work across multiple Software Development and Product teams with the shared mission of executing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) processes. These are permanent positions with one of the region's top employers; a market-leader in their industry/domain.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Execution of the SAFe implementation roadmap
- Facilitation of ART processes such as PI planning and execution, system demos, impediment removal, risk and dependency management, workflow optimization, etc.
- Continuous coaching of teams on Lean-Agile practices and principles
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in an ART Engineer or similar role that involves the coaching and management of several teams
- Software development background and/or a strong understanding of the SDLC
- Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices
- Strong propensity for leadership and coaching; ability to work with several teams at once
