About the Opportunity
On behalf of a valued client, LRO Staffing is searching for an Account Executive to join a premier IT service provider with a 30-year track record of delivering value to private + public clients across Ontario.
Looking for an experienced salesperson with an appetite to hunt new leads and capture new contracts on behalf of the organization. The selected candidate will report to the President, and have a great deal of autonomy, as they will be the go-to person for spearheading business development activities.
Someone accustomed to selling tech related solutions spanning server platforms, networking, network security, Microsoft cloud service etc. will thrive in the role.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Identify new service delivery opportunities for the organization to execute on
- Negotiate sales / new contracts
- Help with proposals
- Continuous client engagement / relationship building
- Close collaboration with the Technical Services Manager to ensure the best solution is being delivered for each unique client
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years’ experience working as an Account Executive for a tech company
- Passionate about creating and championing new business campaigns and the full sales cycle
- Proficiency in working with statements of work / contracts
- Customer centric and passionate about hunting new leads
- Ability to own sales for a tech company
